$150 / Per Plan
Custom-made plans for any age, ability level, and distance from 400m to the Marathon.
Training plans are designed for a time frame of 12 to 16 weeks of training.
After an initial consultation to go over your goals and expectations, as well as your running background and current training, you will receive a full training plan. Plans are designed with weekly mileage and workout paces specifically tailored to your personal history and current circumstances to take you progressively from your current fitness to your goal.
Please allow 1 week for the plan to be written.

FULL SERVICE ONLINE COACHING
$70 / Month
Ongoing month-to-month coaching over whatever time period you choose, whether it's for a single goal race or over multiple seasons.
After an initial phone or video consultation to go over your background and goals, we will work together to craft a long-term plan to set you up for success.
You will receive weekly custom-made training schedules that are tailored to your specific racing goals and training history, with personalized pace and volume instruction.
Plans are written responsively on a week-to-week basis according to your progress and adjusted around both your scheduling needs and fitness level.
Full service coaching includes unlimited athlete-initiated communication via email, text, and/or scheduled phone calls.
